All orders placed with our company will be shipped via UPS in approved and insured packages. We exclusively use UPS for shipping. All packages will require a signature by an adult upon delivery. California Tax Exempt Resellers click here |
Each part, new or used, carries a 30-day warranty against defects. DC jacks and backlight bulbs carry no warranty. If a part has failed during this period of time you can return it to us for an exchange of the same part only. You are responsible for ordering the correct part as we will not exchange any part which was incorrectly ordered. We do not accept returns for products improperly ordered or parts not needed after you take receipt. There is also no refund on any part, just the above mentioned exchange for a defective part.
You are responsible for matching our part's description and any part numbers or any other listed numbers associated with a particular part to determine if it is the correct part you need. Each part listed has a picture that represents the part you are ordering. All numbers must match as parts are rarely interchangeable between different laptop brands or models. | We are a company that specializes in the sale of laptop parts. We carry both new and used parts for many laptops from the newest to some a far back as 10 years old. We can be found on the internet, mailings, and selected Chamber of Commerce's directories across the United States. As of this time only continental USA sales are filled. We stock usually around 10,000 different parts and offer same day shipping (* All orders placed before 12pm PST Monday thru Friday ship the same day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday. Holidays and bad weather may delay pickup for delivery. **Energy+ brand batteries require 1-2 business days to process order before shipment). |
How Secure is ordering through this site? When you place an order with us, you will be connected to our web site through SSL using https. That means that the connection to our server from your computer has been encrypted in a way that others cannot evesdrop. When you place your order and enter the credit card number your credit card number is sent for processing again on a secure line to our bank and then encrypted using MD5 encryption if needs to be sent through email correspondence with you.
