* CDRom/CD Writable drives are designed to specifically fit only the mentioned make and model laptop.
* Verify the part number(s), description and our actual picture of the product.
* If planning on upgrading your system, verify with your laptop manufacturer before purchasing. The brand of the drive may vary but it is still designed for a specific make and model laptop.
* Floppy drives may or may not include the floppy cable and will be noted in the part's decription field.
* All hard drives are standard laptop 9mm 2.5" slimline drives and are sold unformatted. You would need to load any and all software.
* Consult your operating manual on your hard drive's size compatiblity limitations.

No refunds or exchanges except to replace a defective item for the same part ordered within the 30-day warranty. DC jacks and lcd bulbs do not carry any warranty due to the nature of the part. Memory carry a lifetime warranty. Ac adapters and batteries carry a one year warranty. Warranty starts the day of the sale.
